Kataho Champion — Official Rules & Regulations

Strict rules to protect participants and minimise misuse. Read carefully before submitting.

1. Eligibility
  • Participants must be Nepalese citizens with valid government ID and must be 15 years or older.
  • One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Addressgraph Nepal Pvt. Ltd. and Karobarmart Pvt. Ltd. are ineligible.
2. Entry Requirements (Mandatory)
  • Submit 100% original video/reel (no copied, AI-generated or repurposed content).
  • Tag @kataho.app and include these hashtags: #kataho #katahoapp #genz.
  • Submit via the official registration form on this page only.
  • Social accounts must be public and at least 3 months old.
3. Anti‑Cheating & Anti‑Fraud (Zero Tolerance)

Immediate disqualification for any detected fraud. Examples include:

  • Buying followers, likes, comments, or shares.
  • Using engagement bots, fake accounts, or engagement-exchange groups.
  • Submitting using multiple accounts or using a VPN to fake geography.
  • Deleting or editing the submitted post during evaluation.

All accounts will be reviewed for authenticity. Suspicious behaviour may be investigated and reported to local authorities.

4. Prohibited Content

Entries that contain the following will be removed and the participant disqualified:

  • Nudity, sexual content, explicit language.
  • Violence, hateful conduct, bullying or harassment.
  • Political propaganda or religious controversy.
  • Copyrighted music/video without permission.
5. Winner Selection (Transparent Scoring)

Entries will be judged by our panel. Scores are based on:

  1. Creativity & Originality — 30%
  2. Storytelling, message clarity, and promotion of Kataho — 40%
  3. Engagement Quality (Real comments from real followers & Realistic likes and shares) — 30%

Note: High engagement does NOT guarantee winning if it appears manipulated.

6. Verification & Prize Distribution
  • Winners must verify identity with government ID within 10 days of announcement.
  • Prizes will be paid via bank transfer, Khalti, or eSewa — winner's choice.
  • If a winner cannot be verified, the prize may be reallocated to the next eligible entry.
7. Use of Submitted Content

By submitting, you grant Kataho a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free right to use, reproduce, and display your entry for marketing and promotional purposes. Credit will be given where possible.

8. Data & Privacy

Personal details will be used for verification, communication and prize distribution only. We will not sell your data.

9. Organizer Rights & Legal
  • Addressgraph Nepal Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
  • Decisions by the organizer regarding eligibility and winners are final.
  • Illegal behaviour will be reported to the Nepal Police Cyber Bureau.
  • This contest is not sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform.
